Sound Healing

Sound Healing is more than something you hear - it is something you feel.

The soothing frequencies and vibrations of each instrument guide your body into a deeply relaxed meditative state where your nervous system can soften, your mind can quiet and your energy can realign. It is an inviting space where you can simply be.

Lay down, close your eyes, take a deep breath and receive, relax, release and renew. The intention is that you leave feeling lighter, grounded and deeply nourished. Allowing you to invite more peace, love, joy, freedom and abundance into your life.

Reiki

Reiki gently guides your body to release tension, restore balance and recharge from within.

You will be held in a safe, nurturing space where your energy can flow freely. It supports emotional release, mental clarity and a deep sense of calm. Often what surfaces is exactly what your body needs to heal, even if your mind is not aware of it.

The aim is for you to leave feeling replenished and aligned with your own inner wisdom.

I practice hands off healing.

Coaching

Coaching sessions offer a safe, supportive, confidential and non-judgmental space to gently bring awareness to your thoughts, patterns and core beliefs.

You are supported to explore what is going on beneath the surface so you can shift what has been holding you back and create simple, aligned steps forward.

It is about reflecting on your current circumstances, reconnecting to yourself and creating the life you desire with clarity and confidence.

Each 1:1 session is intuitively guided and uniquely tailored to you, combining Sound Healing, Reiki and Coaching in a way that feels supportive, safe and aligned and meets you exactly where you are.
